In Switzerland, the advantages of timber buildings for climate are broadly discussed. following paper, a comparative sustainability assessment four building alternatives is presented. Especially contribution implementing Swiss versus implementation imported highlighted. Additionally, timber-hybrid structures compared to pure reinforced concrete structure. The structure, with timber, has clear ecological only half greenhouse gas emissions and non-renewable energy consumption alternative.
